We can provide you with a letter of invitation to apply for a travel visa, which you should then send to the appropriate consulate or embassy of the event location.
1. Your registration fee must be paid in full before a letter of invitation can be issued. There are no exceptions.
2. Payment is considered full once money is posted to an order.
- Credit card payments are immediate.
- Wire transfer payments require at least five (5) business days.
- Check payments require at least ten (10) business days.
3. The visa application process can take weeks or even months, depending on the countries involved and time of year, so you should consider registering and paying as early as possible.
4. If you are unable to obtain a visa to attend, we will refund your registration fee in full.
